When a plumbing rough-in calls for a penetration through a concrete wall, you can't just wing it. The opening has to be in exactly the right spot, the right size, and clean enough that the next trade can step in without any headaches. That's where we come in.

Core drilling is one of those steps that nobody really talks about - but get it wrong and you're creating problems that ripple through the rest of the job. Too rough of an opening, wrong placement, or an off-angle cut and suddenly the plumber is dealing with a mess that wasn't their fault. We take our time to mount the rig properly and let the diamond bit do its job the right way.

We use a wall-mounted drill rig that stays locked in position throughout the cut. That's not just about precision - it's about keeping the hole straight and consistent all the way through. For plumbing work especially, that matters. Pipes need to run true, and a sloppy core makes that harder than it needs to be.

This kind of work shows up in basements, crawl spaces, utility rooms - anywhere concrete sits between where a pipe needs to go and where it needs to end up. It's not glamorous work, but it's foundational. When we're done, the next crew walks in with a clean opening and zero guesswork.

We do this day in and day out for contractors, remodelers, and homeowners who are mid-project and need a specific piece of the puzzle handled right. Core drilling, concrete cutting, wall penetrations - if concrete is in the way, we've got the equipment and the experience to move through it cleanly.
